SoundRocket: the Six Name Concepts

In my previous post, I described the process we went through in identifying our brand characteristics.  Coming from that place of having a clearly defined brand character, with a stated Purpose and a strong Mission, I found the name discovery process both terrifying and exhilarating.

We decided that the name must reflect our personality, symbolize our promise and experience, be memorable and easy to say, be different, and be supported by a strong domain name option.

And we recognized that 100% (or even close to 100%) consensus was not possible.  The best names would grow into great names under our guidance and care.

The result of this name discovery process was a recommendation from our branding firm to consider the following six name concepts:
